As it’s World Mental Health Day today, I wanted to share some thoughts, insights and top tips and strategies from my work as a First Aid for Mental Health Instructor.

With the increasing level of unmet need in our society when it comes to our mental and emotional health, we need to keep having these important conversations, and taking a look at our language, behaviours and understanding of all of the different experiences, viewpoints and tools that are ALL valid and open for discussion.

The more we can share the learning and resources around this topic, the more we can discern as individuals, what matters and what works for us.

No judgement.

Just compassion, empathy, understanding and kindness. ❤️
